Would definitely recommend for a flash visit

Modern hotel, clean room, featuring a spacious area with a comfortable sofa bed and a welcoming lobby with ample seating, perfect for gathering with friends.

The hotel had a really clean atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable, making sleep a breeze. I loved the quick access to multiple dining options nearby, and delivery was speedy. The lobby area was inviting, perfect for hanging out. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was uncomfortable with no padding at all, making it hard for my kids. The indoor pool could use some warmth. my toddler found it too cold. Service was a mixture, as some staff members were great while others seemed indifferent. I appreciate the effort at the bistro, but pricing felt a bit steep.

Service was real sweet, bless your heart! We loved chillin’ in the lobby area, just kickin’ back with friends. The room had a nice, comfy feel to it, and I can’t deny the cleanliness was top-notch! Just wish the price didn’t hurt my wallet so bad!

Indoor pool was too cold for my toddler.

The bistro served delicious meatballs and cold beer.

I was disappointed with the sofa bed. it was extremely uncomfortable and lacked any padding, making it impossible for my kids to sleep well. The fact that the Starbucks was closed when we returned from our outing was misleading. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hallways was off-putting, with worn carpets giving a neglected vibe to the hotel.

The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. The breakfast selections at the Bistro were delicious, offering a nice variety. I enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from my room, which made my mornings uplifting.

The lobby was perfect for hanging out together and the room was super comfy. We checked out some local spots nearby, including awesome boat tours. A heads-up for future guests, the pricing might feel a bit much for some. Overall, a great experience that I highly recommend!

On the flip side, had issues with cleanliness during my stay. One thing that struck me was the coffee cups not being replenished, which was a bit disappointing.

The convenient location near plenty of dining options and close to UT Knoxville was a huge plus for our family. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being close to the interstate. We appreciated the friendly staff who helped.

My kids wished the indoor pool was a bit warmer.

I really enjoyed the super friendly breakfast staff who made mornings brighter. The lovely note from housekeeping added a personal touch. The indoor pool and a cozy leisure room were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, I noticed the fitted sheet on one bed was missing, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😊
